We offer a no-questions-asked 30 day exchange policy for any item that is either defective or damaged during shipping.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
minus our original shipping costs. Please allow 10 days after our receipt of
your return to allow us to verify the contents and condition of your return
and to process the return credit.
Please use an insured method of
shipping as we cannot credit back merchandise that returns to us damaged due
to return shipping.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example: You received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
Some opened items may be returned within 30 days after delivery and may
qualify to receive either a full or a partial refund as long as all items
are undamaged, all original packing and and any free or promo items
included. Customer is responsible for original shipping costs.
No returns on Holiday and Seasonal Merchandise, Special Orders, Custom Cuts
or Printed Materials.
Printed Materials: If the customer makes an
error, we will reprint the items at a discount, if we make an error, we will
reprint them at our expense.
